Hummus and Bean Dips

Hummus should be:
-16 oz tin of chickpeas
-2 TB tahini
-2 TB lemon juice
-1 tsp cumin powder
-Salt to taste
-Water, to thin out as needed

Hummus dressing:
-1 cup of hummus
-2 TB dijon mustard
-1 TB – 1/4 cup olive oil (optional)
-1 TB apple cider vinegar
-1 TB lemon juice
-Water, to thin it out
-Salt to taste
-Pepper to taste
